Poké Tetris, also known as Pikachu in the title screen, is an unlicensed Tetris game featuring Pikachu, made for the Famicom or Nintendo Entertainment System by an unknown developer sometime in the early 2000's. It uses similar menus and gameplay layouts from Tengen's version of Tetris. It is not to be confused with Pokémon Tetris, a game officially released for the Pokémon mini.
Gameplay
Poké Tetris features three modes: 1 Player, 2 Player, and Cooperative, although duplicates of the 1 and 2 player modes (1 Player A and 2 Player B) are present, making a total of five selectable modes. Before starting a game, the player selects a block skin, a piece set (the default is tetrominoes), the starting level, number of handicap lines, and the background music.
When a level increases, garbage lines will appear, with the number of garbage lines depending on the amount of levels increased in one game. Similar to Tengen's Tetris, 30 lines are required to advance to the next level, although after five levels, the player will still need to clear 30 lines instead of 50.

Trivia
- Like Tengen's NES release of Tetris, the high score displayed in the 1 player mode is 17000. Even if the player's score after a game is higher than 17000, the high score never saves and it remains unaltered.
- Similarly, the "Stats" window on the right is present, but it does not show how many piece types have spawned.
- Additionally, in the Cooperative mode, there is no level indicator.
